The Maylite Business Centre offers business accommodation on flexible terms: occupation is by monthly Licence so there is no need to make a long term commitment. If your plans change, a month's notice is all that is needed to leave the premises.  We have a small number of individual offices of varying sizes.  All have good natural light, windows fitted with vertical blinds, individual security alarms, 5 double electrical sockets, 4 telephone/fax/modem sockets and broadband connection.


Sizes range from 11.7m² to 20.5m²

Tenure: by monthly Licence Agreement prepared in house.  No legal fees
